Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a part-time team member to deliver exceptional member service at our Meridian, ID branch. You will assess member needs, explain MACU products, and assist with transactions to help members achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products and services.
• Cross-sell products to meet member needs while maintaining a consultative approach.
• Assist in branch operations and daily processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
