The role supports branch operations, processes transactions, and aids in opening accounts and issuing cards. Requires 6 months of customer service, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license; English/Spanish bilinguals are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Recognizes member needs and educates on MACU products and services.
• Sales and service goals are met through consultative approaches with members.
• Handle branch transactions and assist with opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and follow branch security procedures.
• Travel may be required and compliance with regulations is essential.
