Connections Credit Union in Meridian, Idaho is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative to serve as the primary member contact and process transactions with cash and checks. The role emphasizes friendly, professional service and promoting CU offerings to our 20,000+ members.

Occasional travel to Treasure Valley branches (about 25%) is expected. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Salary ranges from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour DOE, with strong benefits and PTO available.

Qualifications

• Handle transactions accurately with cash and checks.
• Provide friendly, professional service and promote CU services.
• May travel up to 25% to Treasure Valley branches.
• Demonstrate confidentiality with member accounts and data.
• Basic financial knowledge and cash-handling discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with members and process transactions.
• Promote the credit union and its services to members.
• Occasionally rover to nearby branches to support tellers.
• Maintain reliable transportation and flexible travel arrangements.
• Deliver courteous, accurate service and protect member privacy.
