Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales and close loans by guiding customers through applications and terms.
• Perform daily outbound calls for collections, follow-ups, and new business opportunities.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, and payments.
• Process payments, update accounts, and document activity in systems.
• Maintain compliant records and handle cash/ deposits as required.
