Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative (FSR) to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services and financial needs. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and performance-based earnings opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable handling high-volume conversations across sales, collections, tax preparation, and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or track record of meeting goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with collections and resolving difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Manage daily outbound outreach for collections and new business generation.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, payments and account questions.
• Process payments and document activity in company systems.
