Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns. This role involves daily outbound calls, in-person customer meetings, and closing loans to meet performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

The compensation ranges from $16 to $18 per hour based on experience and location, with performance-based bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance are required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation in a high-volume environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation services.
• Process payments and account updates and document all activity in company systems.
