World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey. You will drive loan sales, help with tax services, and support day-to-day branch operations in a fast-paced, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms and asking for the business.
• Outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation in a high-volume environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments with payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, and payments.
