World Finance seeks a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns, directly working with customers to meet financial needs. The role requires daily outbound outreach, including high-volume collection activity, and in-person meetings to close loans.

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.

Responsabilités

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions as needed.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation services.
• Process payments, account updates, tax-related documentation, and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records, including timely credit denial letters and required tax documentation.
