World Finance is hiring a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax returns. Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions in compliance with regulations.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, and payments.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax documentation in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records, including tax documentation and denial letters.
• Handle and balance cash and complete bank runs for deposits.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
