Job summary

World Finance is seeking a bilingual Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales and manage collections while assisting customers with tax services and accounts. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and achieving sales and collection targets in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a base pay of $17 per hour, with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Valid driver’s license and transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.

• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments or payment arrangements.
• Prepare tax-related services and assist customers with documentation.
• Assist in-person with loan applications, tax preparation, and payments.
