Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms and closing with customers.
• Conduct daily outbound calls for collections, follow-ups, tax services and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements to recover balances.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, and payments.
