World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative (Bilingual) to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, prepare tax returns, and assist customers in person. This role requires daily outbound calling, including high-volume collection activity, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation services.
• Process payments and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and complete bank runs as required.
