Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or business development experience (construction or industrial supply preferred).
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies.
• Established industry network or strong ability to build one.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach.
• Manage and grow customer accounts while resolving issues.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure customer follow-through.
• Present tailored, solution-driven proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Spend significant time in the field strengthening customer relationships.
