SouthernCarlson is seeking a Bilingual Residential Field Sales Representative in Omaha, NE. This role combines field sales with a structured, daytime schedule and a base salary plus commission based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in construction or industrial supply.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Mechanical incline and knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop new business via cold calling, networking, and outreach.
• Manage customer accounts and coordinate deliveries.
• Present tailored proposals to help customers succeed.
• Stay informed on products, trends, and customer needs.
• Spend time in the field cultivating relationships.
