You will travel to multiple job sites weekly, build strong supervisory relationships, and help keep certifications and trainings current, ensuring a positive, engaging workplace culture across locations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Travel up to 40%.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong relationships with supervision; align with mission and strategy.
• Inspire and encourage employees; communicate vision and recognize high performers.
• Support supervision during job site transitions; keep employees informed and engaged.
• Exercise discernment in decision-making; collaborate with departments.
• Be present on jobsites; travel weekly; document follow-up items.
• Assist with training and certifications; coordinate with Education Team to keep trainings up to date.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to develop future leaders.
• Observe and provide insights on employee-to-customer relationships.
