Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full cycle recruiting in a designated territory, attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent.

The role partners with Operations Managers, develops workforce plans, and enhances candidate experience across education and community networks.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; hybrid schedule with up to 25% travel; the ideal candidate is creative, analytic, and collaborative in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years recruiting experience preferably in skilled trades, or 10+ years in skilled trades
• Experience recruiting in construction or trades preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for a territory; main contact for candidates and managers throughout recruiting process
• Lead workforce planning meetings with managers to define staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to department managers through the hiring process
• Maintain all jobs, workflows, candidates, offers and reporting in ATS
• Source candidates via job boards, events, social media, and referrals; communicate needs to project teams
• Collaborate on process improvements and strategic recruiting programs
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications as needed
• Build relationships with local candidate sources and manage job fairs/recruiting events
• Analyze recruitment metrics and reporting with TA Manager
• Additional duties as assigned
