• Build and develop relationships among supervision and team.
• Inspire and encourage employees, recognize high performers.
• Facilitate smooth job-site transitions with leadership alignment.
• Collaborate with corporate departments to determine appropriate actions.
• Maintain presence on jobsites and travel to engage employees.
• Assist with training and certifications in coordination with Education Team.
• Mentor potential leaders and guide career development.
• Observe, evaluate, and provide insights on employee relationships.
