Encore Electric, Inc. is seeking a hybrid Recruiting / HR Business Partner to attract, evaluate, and hire across field, skilled-trade, administrative, and professional roles.

You will build strong relationships with candidates and partners, while supporting performance management and employee relations initiatives. The role includes leading the summer intern program and providing surge support to the broader HR team.

Competenze

• Full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with employee relations and performance management.
• Experience using UKG or similar ATS.
• Experience recruiting skilled-trade, construction, or field roles preferred.

Mansioni

• Participate in full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and pre-employment activities.
• Recruit for skilled-trade, construction field, administrative, and professional roles.
• Conduct interviews and communications in English and Spanish as needed.
• Translate job postings and onboarding information for Spanish-speaking candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Build candidate pipelines via job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
• Lead the internship program and support performance-management processes.
