Job summary

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a Field Loan Officer who will build relationships with clients and homebuilding associates through on-site meetings and seminars. You will assess financial data, guide customers on mortgage products, and actively facilitate the loan process in alignment with Lennar Mortgage standards.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years loan origination experience, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and a valid driver’s license, with potential travel to communities and builder

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Loan Origination experience.
• NMLS license and state license, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and customer relationships through on-site visits and seminars.
• Assess financial data and guide customers on mortgage products.
• Originate and prepare new loans in compliance with regulations.
• Manage leads and communicate with stakeholders to schedule meetings.
• Maintain accurate loan status, documentation, and pipeline reports.
