Job summary

Lennar Mortgage is hiring a Field Loan Officer who is bilingual in English and Spanish to serve customers across Lennar home communities. You will meet clients in person, assess financial needs, guide mortgage options, and facilitate loan applications in line with Lennar Mortgage guidelines.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of loan-originating experience, strong customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic field-based role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; NMLS license or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum of 3 years of loan originating experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and relationships with homebuilding associates; generate leads through visits and seminars.
• Review financials and guide customers on mortgage products; lock rates ahead of closing.
• Lead management: daily lead reviews and proactive outreach via phone and email.
• Originate and prepare new loans per Lennar Mortgage guidelines; advise customers on suitable mortgage options.
