Lennar Mortgage is seeking a Field Loan Officer to build relationships with clients and homebuilding associates. Conduct on-site meetings, assess financial data, and guide customers through mortgage products.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
• Four-year college degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of Loan Originating experience.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Business development and customer relations through outside sales and site visits.
• Offer tailored mortgage solutions and review rates prior to closing.
• Lead management with daily outreach via phone and email.
• Originate and prepare new loans in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain reports and a pipeline in the origination system.
