Job summary

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a Field Loan Officer who will build strong client relationships through face-to-face engagement with customers, homebuilding associates, and referral sources. You will assess financial data, guide customers on mortgage products, and guide the loan process in alignment with Lennar Mortgage roadmap.

You will travel to communities and participate in builder and realtor events, lead local seminars, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of loan originating experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• NMLS license or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Fluent in Spanish—speaking and writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and customer relationships through outside sales activities.
• Lead generation through periodic visits to communities and realtor offices.
• Present “First Time Homebuyer” seminars to develop leads and relationships.
• Review and lock interest rates at least 15 days prior to closing.
• Originate and prepare new loans in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of loan applications and status in the origination system.
