Job summary

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a Field Loan Officer in Irving, TX to build strong relationships with clients and homebuilding associates. You will conduct on-site meetings, assess financial data, guide customers on mortgage products, and facilitate the loan process in alignment with Lennar Mortgage procedures.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, with a minimum of 3 years of loan originating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to obtain any required licenses

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
• Four-year college degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of Loan Originating experience.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable mode of transportation.
• NMLS License & specific State license or be (willing to get within 30 days of employment).
• Fluent in Spanish -Speaking and Writing (preferred).
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and mortgage industry tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and homebuilding associates through face-to-face interactions.
• Assess financial data, guide customers on mortgage products, and facilitate loan process.
• Engage with customers, builders, and realtors at events and in communities.
• Lead generation, prospecting, and managing pipeline to meet loan objectives.
• Prepare loans, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain detailed records.
