Lennar Mortgage is seeking a Field Loan Officer who is bilingual in English and Spanish to build relationships with clients, homebuilders, and referral partners, and guide borrowers through the mortgage process.

The role emphasizes on-site meetings, outside sales, and adherence to the Lennar Mortgage roadmap, with focus on qualifying clients, presenting loan options, and managing the loan lifecycle from origination to closing.

Competenze

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of loan origination experience? (implied by role)

Mansioni

• Develop business and customer relations through outside sales activities, community events, and builder/realtor functions.
• Provide tailored mortgage recommendations, review rates, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead management: daily review of leads and proactive outreach via telephone and email.
• Originate and prepare new loans, offer personalized advice, and match products to borrowers.
• Support New Home Consultants with pre-qualifications and contribute to pipeline development and reports.
