Job summary

Lennar Mortgage is seeking a bilingual Loan Officer to build strong relationships with clients and homebuilding associates. This role involves guiding customers through mortgage products and facilitating the loan process. You will generate leads, conduct seminars, and maintain compliance with all regulations.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have at least 3 years of loan-originating experience, and possess exceptional organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of loan-originating experience.
• Valid NMLS license and specific state license, or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Fluent in Spanish – speaking and writing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various activities including community seminars.
• Engage with prospective and current clients for mortgage applications.
• Originate and prepare new loans, ensuring compliance.
