Job summary

Osi Digital Inc. is seeking a Field Desktop Support Tech fluent in English and Korean for a full-time, onsite role in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include desktop troubleshooting, software installation, and ticket management.

You will support end users across Windows 10+ platforms, M365, and AD, with setup and imaging of devices. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. Minimum 5 years in software/hardware/network support, and a must for bilingual English/Korean

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software, hardware, and networking.
• Experience with Windows 10 and newer OS, and Microsoft Office 2010 to Office 365/M365.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Korean is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Configure hardware and install software.
• Manage tickets and document issues.
• Set up equipment for employee use and image computers.
• Perform minor repairs on computers and peripherals.
• Provide troubleshooting and support to end users on a variety of issues.
