Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to manage Azure and Office 365 environments and support client IT needs.

You will troubleshoot Windows devices, coordinate with HQ, lead the help desk team, and generate regular performance reports. Fluent in Korean and English is required. The role requires occasional travel and after-hours support as needed to respond urgent issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–4 years related experience in IT.
• 3–4 years in enterprise helpdesk or IT.
• Fluent in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Azure cloud environments following company security guidelines.
• Provide support for Azure VDI, O365, and general IT issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS laptops, LAN, cloud services and office IT devices.
• Configure and optimize the Office 365 suite.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, document and prevent repeats.
• Provide all levels of technical support for customers.
• Coordinate with HQ for projects.
• Manage the IT help desk team and evaluate performance.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports on help desk productivity.
