Job summary

HRBS Global is seeking a skilled robotics technical support engineer in the Dallas area to provide on-site and remote support for mobile robot systems, including installation, calibration, and troubleshooting. The role requires 3+ years in technical support for robots or intelligent mobile terminals, strong English communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure customer success and produce documentation and training

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a science/engineering field.
3+ years in robot technical support and testing.
Familiar with ROS technology.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and technical writing.
Willingness to travel and good English communication.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support for the installation, software deployment, calibration, and operation of mobile robot equipment.
Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales technical services to customers, including remote guidance or on-site repairs.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal company channels to resolve issues during product use and enhance the overall customer experience.
Collect and report market information and user feedback to assist in improving product design and functions.
Accompany the sales team to visit potential customers and provide on-site technical support.
Write and continuously update user manuals, installation guides, and FAQ databases.
Provide technical training to customers, dealers, and agents; work closely with sales and marketing teams during exhibitions, demonstrations, and customer visits; regularly perform equipment maintenance.
