South Carolina Department of Social Services seeks an ES Eligibility Case Manager in Greenville to support SNAP, TANF, ESAP, and SCCAP programs, performing bilingual interviews and translations for English/Spanish speakers.

You will determine eligibility, maintain case files, process applications, and handle referrals for the Benefit Integrity Unit, while ensuring PII safety and compliance with laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and at least one year of experience in Economic Services programs.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.

Responsabilités

• Perform bilingual interviews (phone and in person) for SNAP/TANF/ESAP; translate documents.
• Process SNAP, TANF, ESAP, and SCCAP applications by determining eligibility and authorizing benefits.
• Maintain electronic case files with accuracy and confidentiality; support audits.
• Identify and document potential overpayments; prepare referrals for the Benefit Integrity Unit and assist with hearings.
