CSL in Indiana seeks a Donor Center Registrar to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening for plasma pheresis. You will perform health screenings, record data, and assist in donor education after training.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 3 months in clerical or medical customer service, basic math skills, and adherence to confidentiality and safety policies. Bilingual abilities may be needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors in completing screening procedures including health history, medical questions, and appropriate referrals to medical staff.
• Perform health screening tasks such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature; conduct finger stick for hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Educate donors on use of plasma-derived products and center policies after training; answer donor questions.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic donor information management system in line with SOPs.
• Protect donor confidentiality and follow HSE/OSHA policies; ensure supplies and forms are available.
