Zusammenfassung

Lukos LLC. seeks a Custody and Resource Coordinator to assist ICE ERO Field Office and detention staff in maintaining a safe detention environment and to provide services addressing victims, trauma, and health needs for detained individuals.

The CRC will be stationed at designated ICE detention facilities or offices and will support daily duties, communicate with detainees, and coordinate resources to ensure compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Social work, Psychology, or an equivalent degree.
• Master’s degree or an equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral

Aufgaben

• Assist with detainee needs, requests, and complaints using ICE Detainee Request Form or other channels.
• Assist ERO officers with parent/child communication and child welfare-related requests.
• Coordinate disability accommodations with detention facilities as requested by ERO HQ.
• Help ensure compliance with agency policies and detention standards; facilitate discussions with detainees on sensitive topics.
• Provide language interpretation for facility and ERO staff.
• Refer detainees to appropriate staff for care and follow-up (medical, mental health, chaplaincy).
• Support vulnerable detainees with wellness checks and follow-ups as requested by ERO Field Office or HQ.
• Meet newly detained noncitizens during intake to orient them to CRC services.
• Support specialized housing programs for vulnerable populations (e.g., transgender housing, behavioral health units).
• Develop and maintain a national resource database for CRC/ERO use.
