Lukos seeks a Custody and Resource Coordinator (CRC) in Folkston, GA to support ERO Field Office staff and detention facilities. The role focuses on detainee welfare, compliance with detention standards, and crisis response within ICE operations.

The CRC will coordinate services for victims, trauma, and health care while assisting with intake, orientation, and referrals. Strong English/Spanish skills and case management experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Aufgaben

• Assist detainees with ICE-related requests and complaints.
• Support parent/child communications and child welfare involvement.
• Coordinate disability accommodations with detention facilities upon request to ERO HQ.
• Facilitate compliance with agency policies and detention standards; communicate with detained noncitizens.
• Provide language interpretation for facility and ERO staff.
• Develop and maintain a national resource database for CRC and ERO use.
• Meet newly detained noncitizens to orient them to CRC services.
