Job summary

Lukos LLC is seeking a Custody and Resource Coordinator (CRC) to assist ICE field offices and detention facilities in maintaining a safe detention environment. You will provide services to detained noncitizens on issues affecting their wellbeing, including trauma, family concerns, medical and mental health care, and victims support.

At each duty location, you will coordinate with ERO staff, facilitate language interpretation, support accommodation requests, and help with release and departure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and oral.
• Experience with case management and trauma-informed services.
• Experience with victims or individuals in custody or confinement.
• Experience with vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist detainees with needs and complaints via ICE forms.
• Assist officers with parent/child communication and child welfare.
• Facilitate disability accommodations with detention facilities.
• Provide language interpretation for detainees.
• Support release and departure planning for vulnerable individuals.
• Develop and maintain a national resource database for CRC/ERO.
