Job summary

Lukos LLC in Livingston, TX is seeking a Social Worker/Custody and Removal Coordinator to support ICE detainees and facility staff. The role focuses on victim support, trauma care, and coordination of services for vulnerable individuals within detention settings.

You will work with ERO field offices, provide language interpretation, assist with release and departure planning, and help maintain safety and compliance with detention standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.
• Two+ years of related experience with victims or vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist detainees with requests and complaints related to non-officer or immigration issues.
• Help address parent/child communication and child welfare matters for detainees.
• Coordinate disability accommodations with detention facilities and ERO HQ.
• Provide language interpretation for facility staff and detained individuals.
• Support release and departure planning and connect individuals with needed services.
