Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about dental services, eligibility, and plan benefits.
• Maintain department metrics: call volume, minimum talk time, and error-free customer interactions.
• Document all calls clearly and accurately, recording details of inquiries and comments.
• Assess validity of complaints and determine causes such as eligibility; assist with payments or denials.
