Job summary

Charlotte Community Health Clinic is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, collect co-pays, verify demographics, and manage the front desk at our Charlotte clinic. You will maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and assist with recall/recare activities to support team efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, two years of clerical dental office experience, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years clerical experience in dental office preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients, collect co-pays, and verify demographics.
• Check out patients, verify charges and schedule follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments considering dentist/hygienist availability.
• Maintain patient records and recall/recare system.
• Handle billing questions and support front desk.
• Communicate with team and participate in meetings.
