Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter complete, accurate patient demographic and insurance information in the system.
• Schedule return appointments and collect any balance due.
• File, make copies, fax, answer the phone, provide accurate follow‑up.
• Respond to patients and staff for billing and insurance questions.
