Job summary

Community Dental Partners in Denton, TX is seeking a full-time Bilingual Call Center Representative specialized in oral surgery. This role handles inbound calls, schedules appointments, and guides patients through the process to ensure a warm, accurate patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency using the Google Suite of products.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Fluency in English & Spanish.
• Dental experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and call patients when referrals are received from the practice.
• Schedule appointments based on patient needs and follow outlined processes to confirm them.
• Assist patients with their needs and provide a superior phone-based service.
• Meet departmental goals for inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into appointments.
