You will handle written communications via email and live chat, provide order updates, process exchanges, and assist with order edits from home. Training is included, with flexible shifts and weekend options.

Requirements include strong English skills (C1) and a proactive, customer-first mindset. A reliable internet connection and a BYOD laptop with webcam are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English at C1 level.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist US partner customers via email and live chat on Zendesk.
• Provide order status updates and send replacements for issues.
• Help customers edit orders and shipping details.
• Make inquiries to identify apparel designs customers want.
• Support inquiries about sizing exchanges and returns.
