FrankCrum Staffing in Clearwater, FL seeks a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to deliver excellent service to policyholders and support daily administrative tasks. The role emphasizes accurate problem-solving, process documentation, and cross-functional communication in both English and Spanish.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of related experience and a preference for a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/insurance/business, with proficiency in MS Office and call center

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of related accounting, administrative and customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting, finance, insurance, business; related work may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Assists insureds, agents and others with accurate solutions and enriches relationships.
• Documents processes and tracks projects; analyzes changes and maintains documentation.
• Assists with payments, policy inquiries, refunds and commissions; supports GAAP/STAT reporting tasks.
• Reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable monitoring as needed.
