Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at its Pennsylvania location. You’ll build customer relationships, deliver legendary service, and use our tools to support long-term success.

Responsibilities include processing orders, answering product, pricing and shipping questions, and guiding customers through online ordering via phone, email and chat. We offer strong training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent in verbal and written forms.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
