Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, seeks a Customer Service Representative for our Pennsylvania branch in Allentown. You will process orders, answer product and shipping questions, and build strong customer relationships using our world-class technology.

Training is provided to help you grow professionally within a stable, expanding company. We offer competitive pay from $25 to $30 per hour, with health insurance, 401(k) match starting day one, bonuses, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
