Job summary

Uline Inc. is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative in Allentown, PA. You will process orders, recommend products and resolve inquiries using our technology, while delivering legendary service in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) fluency in verbal and written forms.
• Strong problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using company technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline solutions.
• Assist customers navigating Uline’s website and online ordering.
