Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping, packaging and industrial supplies, is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Allentown, PA location. You will handle orders, answer questions, and guide customers through ordering on our site.

Excellent training and tools support a fast, friendly service approach. Requirements include a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with written and verbal skills.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, listening and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, provide product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class systems.
• Be a product and solutions expert and respond to product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
