Job summary

MeterNet LLC is a growing company providing utility sub-metering installations, service and billing for multi-family communities such as HOAs, condos and apartments. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to provide top-notch support to our clients.

You will assist customers via live chat, phone and email, open and close accounts, process payments, and update account information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of our products, services, and systems.
• Assist customers via live chat, phone, and email, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
• Open and close accounts, process payments, and update account information.
• Respond to billing questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Escalate concerns to Tier II or management when needed.
• Document customer interactions and manage email inboxes.
• Support general office tasks such as scanning, filing, and mail services.
• Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.
