• Experience in a high-volume call center or similar environment.
• Ability to provide accurate bilingual English/Spanish support for a range of customer needs.

• Excellent organizational skills and precise recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and walk-in requests with professional, timely service.
• Provide English/Spanish support for account, billing, payments, scheduling, and service questions.
• Perform Tier 1 troubleshooting for login, setup, power-cycle, and connectivity issues.
• Document contacts, issue details, cancellation reasons, and trends in the CRM.
• Process payments and schedule field-service appointments as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to NOC or appropriate team when required.
