ISP.net in Las Vegas is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to be a key point of contact for customers. You will assist with questions about services, billing, accounts, installations, and technical issues while delivering a positive customer experience.

Formación

Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
Previous customer service, call center, telecom, internet, or sales experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

Answer inquiries in English and Spanish.
Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Assist with account questions, billing inquiries, payments, and service changes.
Troubleshoot basic internet connectivity issues and route to technical support as needed.
Schedule and coordinate installations, service calls, and technician appointments.
Create and update accurate customer records in the CRM.
Document customer interactions and resolutions.
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
Follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
Educate customers about ISP.net services and upgrades.
