IdeaTek is seeking a Bilingual Internet Support Specialist to help customers with wireless, fiber internet, and phone services. You will troubleshoot issues, deliver empathetic service, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and improve processes.

Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English, have 2+ years in a technical support role, and be able to work M-F during training and then flexible shifts including some evenings or weekends. Remote-friendly in several US states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical troubleshooting role or high-volume support.
• Aptitude for technical troubleshooting and clear communication.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
