Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend solutions. You will stay updated on product features and maintain store standards while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities, strong communication, and the ability to lift items as part of daily operations. Evening and weekend availability is expected in this on-site store position.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Able to read, write, and speak English; also able to read, write, and communicate in Spanish.
Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide high levels of customer service and assist customers in person and by phone.
Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services.
Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and achieve sales goals.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Maintain stock, display setups, and ensure product knowledge to discuss options.
