Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, recommend products, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. You will help with in-store service, phone support, and processing transactions while supporting sales goals.

Requirements include English and Spanish literacy, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift items. This role may involve evening/weekend hours and some delivery support as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
• Assist in person and over the phone by determining customer needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow store policies.
• Maintain inventory and stock shelves, displays and equipment.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about product features and options.
